What a difference a year makes. I’ll keep this short. Looking over the stats, my blog posts had a serious dip after 2017. In 2016 there were 85 posts, the following year there were 41 posts. But I’ve had a number of personal disruptions, including moving from Minnesota to Wisconsin and dealing with the Covid pandemic. The pandemic has brought, to use a vague term, workplace challenges. Suffice to say, I’ve had to re-prioritize things. The full-time job takes priority, especially now, given the fragile economic state we’re experiencing. If you’ve noticed, I haven’t posted in over two months. Long story short: Work has been busy. This has relegated my writing to a weekend activity, if that. I’ve also been deal with Real Life Meatspace stuff: getting new furniture, scheduling an emissions test, etc. Due to the pandemic, I’ve done all my Xmas shopping online. You should too. CCLaP Links Not Working? Since 2012 I have reviewed books for the Chicago Center for Literature and Photography (CCLaP). Recently CCLaP has moved its website to a new WordPress platform. If you haven’t already, you should check out the New Look. Unfortunately, during the transition the old links couldn’t be transferred over. What does this mean?
